Order by 8 pm and it goes out the same day. That cutoff is the same every day of the week, including Sundays, and the same everywhere we deliver, from downtown to Alabaster. Orders placed after 8 pm go out the next day.

The studio is open every day from 7 am to 9 pm, including Saturdays and Sundays. Call or text us any time in those hours and a florist will pick up.

From $9.95 in central Birmingham to $19.95 for the outer metro. You’ll see the exact fee on the product page as soon as you enter a ZIP code. Subscriptions deliver free.

Very close. Flowers are seasonal, so if a particular stem isn’t at its best that morning, your florist substitutes something of equal or greater value in the same colors and style. You’ll get a photo of the finished arrangement before it leaves.

We leave arrangements in a shaded, safe spot if it’s appropriate, or with a neighbor or front desk. If we can’t do either, we call the recipient and try again the next delivery day at no charge.

Yes, including UAB, Children’s of Alabama, St. Vincent’s, Grandview, Brookwood and Princeton. Many ICUs don’t allow fresh flowers, so we check with the unit first. Include the room number in delivery notes.

Yes. Add the service time in delivery notes and we’ll arrive at least two hours before it starts.

Pick a size and frequency. Two days before each delivery we email a reminder with links to skip that delivery or pause the subscription. Cancel any time with no fees.

If your flowers don’t stay fresh for seven days with basic care, send us a photo and we’ll replace them or refund you.

Payment is handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers and we never store them.
